Participant Agreement and Code of Conduct
This agreement outlines the expectations, commitments, and conditions of participation in the Swiss Cleaning Academy. By signing this document, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Training Program
The Swiss Cleaning Academy provides professional training for cleaning agents. The training has a total value of 950 CHF, which is fully covered by Batmaid. In the event of non-completion or non-compliance of the programme, the candidate or their sponsor is liable to repay the full amount or a portion of the costs.
The training consists of:
One week of theoretical and practical training at the Swiss Cleaning Academy.
One week of trial cleanings, where participants apply their skills in real working environments. At the end of the training, successful participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Swiss Cleaning Academy.
2. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to uphold professional behavior, including but not limited to:Arriving on time and being prepared for each session.Treating trainers, fellow participants, and clients with respect.Following all safety and hygiene guidelines.Using cleaning equipment responsibly and reporting any damages immediately.Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the program.
3. Non-Guarantee of Employment
Participation in the Swiss Cleaning Academy does not guarantee a job placement. Completion of the program, including training and trial cleanings, is intended to provide skills and experience but does not constitute an employment contract or a promise of future employment.
4. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By agreeing with this, the participant acknowledges that they understand and accept the terms outlined above. They commit to full participation and recognize that failure to comply with these terms may affect their standing in the program.
